Executive CR Ventures is a business engaged in developing, marketing, and operating a "High-End" Marina Resort facility in Costa Rica.
Our strategy is to create several business units segregated within the organization.
From:
1. CR Escape Marina
2. CR Escape Hotel & Casino
3. Marina Sunset Restaurant
4. Banks Yacht Fishing Club & Spa
5. Sea Bluff Mountain Condo & Villa Estates
6. Boruca Mountain Brewery.
Each of these business units have their own exit strategy in order to maximize returns while still maintaining the integrity of the development.

Having an existing business established in a resort like ours makes it easier to sell each of them off when being supported by the development rather than a standalone opportunity.

ECO Off-Grid Energy Systems
CR Escape will be an OFF-Grid development using commercial ready ECO energy systems. In addition, the Marina will also utilize desalinization for its main water source.

Mr. Lovison founder of Signs & Glassworks (S&G) in 1975 - developed and patented a universal printing technology known as “Chromium”, which became a global universal print technology.
• _Mr. Lovison’s patented technology led to an exclusive multi-year agreement with the Topps Co. for retail sport trading cards. These brands were the catalyst to catapult Topps from 5th to 1st in a declining sports trading card market and accounted for 40% of Topps corporate bottom line for the next 8 years.
• _He created 8 more patents around the printing technology for S&G and grew to sales of $35 million with increased profits 10x with 4 divisions and 365 employees.
• _S&G sold its controlling share to Summit Partners in 1995 and, Mr. Lovison retired

Director of the Enjoy Group from 1989-2009. The Group started with the development and managing of the Fiesta Resort in Puntarenas, Fiesta Premier Resort in Guanacaste and Palma Real Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica.
1996 - 2004 was appointed member of the Board of Directors for the Hotels.
1996 - 2006, he was in charge of Vacation Marketing, Sales and Marketing of vacation programs for Fiesta Resort, Timeshare and Mini Vacations Programs, reaching annual sales of US$4,000,000 in the local market.
He became partner and CEO of the Sales and Marketing Division, 2007 - 2009.
2010 - 2013 Director of Villas Sol Playa Hermosa.
He is the Director of Shared Consultants Latin America and
Real Estate and Timeshare Developers in Costa Rica.

Mr.Kosty has professional experience in the financial sector as a former broker / associate person in the futures & commodities industry. He worked for a short time in 2000/2001 for a boutique IB full service brokerage commodities firm that managed approximately thirty five million dollars in assets at the time.

From 2003 till present Mr. Kosty has been working with CEO Douglas Lovison on the development project in Costa Rica. Kosty first started out in the project as a business consultant and has worked under the title of Vice President of Marketing for the company during its various pre-development stages over the past several years. Mr. Kosty will be the Chief Operating Officer for the Company.

Pedro Abdalla Slon, Founder and President has worked with architects, engineers, and developers over the past 15 years, and has worked independently on numerous projects - including residential renovations, corporate offices, commercial and government projects.
As company, ABDALLA & ASOCIADOS seeks to produce unique pieces of architecture and design by merging the latest methodologies of architectural design and theory with the realities of construction, building codes, and real estate development.
The Abdalla firm is currently engaged with the construction of the Golfito Marina Village located in the Southern zone of the Osa.
